This sprouting mix is my family's favorite. This delightful organic seed mix includes cabbage, radish, clover, and alfalfa. This mix will make 1 quart of leafy sprouts in 4 to 5 days from just 2 tablespoons of seeds. They will store in the refrigerator for at least a week. One 3.5 lb container will make approximately 64 quarts of sprouts. It makes a great salad base instead of lettuce. For the most reliable and efficient sprouter, use the Double SproutMaster.
