Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@urbanhomemaker.com, to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending your item back.
Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at orders@urbanhomemaker.com and provide photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items Items not deemed defective by The Urbanhomemaker that have been used, or are no longer in original, factory-fresh packaging are non-returnable.
Items With Manufacturer Warranty The customer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer for items that have a manufacturer's warranty and are defective.
Return Shipping For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds Once we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
