Comments: I've always had difficulty with whole grain breads being heavy. By accident, I happened upon Urban Homemaker and read about the dough enhancer. I can't believe that adding one ingredient could make such a difference! My breads are light, fluffy and keep longer. Finally I'm happy with baking again.

Comments: I used this dough enhancer for many years, just stopping a year ago to try making my own or using another brand obtainable locally. Truly our bread did not have the light loftiness without it. I am convinced it is the best out there and you can buy the bundle with great SAF yeast as well as hefty bread bags.
