Comments: I have been using Urban Homemaker since it was started many years ago. This is the only yeast that I have ever used because it always works. I store it in a glass jar with an air tight lid in the freezer to keep it fresh.

Comments: I have great respect for The Urban Homemaker because they consistently provide much needed, high quality, baking supplies. The bread bags are the best (and yes I have tried others). I love the dough enhancer and though I can get the SAF yeast at Sams the bread baker’s combo from Urban Homemaker makes more sense. I emailed them concerning a minor issue with this order and received an immediate response and resolution at no extra charge to me. Thumbs up to The Urban Homemaker!

Comments: Love this yeast for baking bread. I put it in a zip lock bag inside a closed jar in the freezer and use it all year long.
